My two decades in digital design reflect an intentionally non-linear practice, shaped by sustained inquiry and disciplined curiosity. Early work in branding and fashion web projects for Australia’s leading labels provided a foundation that later expanded into complex product design for global brands and highly ambitious startups. This breadth has refined my visual judgment and cultural consciousness… balancing rigorous research with the calibrated use of experience and intuition.
For 12 years, I co-led a studio overseeing web, product, brand systems, campaign work, as well as self-produced large scale events. That period greatly advanced my leadership and confidence: cultivating teams, managing ambiguity, and maintaining composure under pressure while moving between hands-on execution and strategic direction. I pursue original solutions to difficult problems and treat "best practice" as a suggestion and not a rule – happiest when the playbook is thrown out the window.
Looking ahead, I’m returning to independent contracting with the intent to transition into an agency environment or an in-house lead role that values versatility and truly creative solutions.
